PureGro was founded in 2018 by father-and-son duo Paul and Kyle Snoxell. What began as a shared project to design automated grow boxes quickly grew into something much bigger — a mission to make medical cannabis accessible, affordable, and empowering for South Africans.
Tragically, Paul passed away from non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. His battle with the disease — and the relief that cannabis brought during his treatment — became the driving force behind PureGro's purpose. Kyle reignited the brand as a Section 21 medical cannabis operation, honouring his father's vision while building something that could help thousands of others.
Today, PureGro operates six collection points across the Western Cape, serving patients with SAHPRA-compliant, Section 21 approved medical cannabis. Every product we offer carries the same commitment Paul and Kyle shared from day one: quality, care, and accessibility.
